Hello, my name is Graham. I'm hardworking, reliable and compassionate, with a relaxed and patient demeanour.
I love being able support individuals, to live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives, promoting independence and social engagement.
I have worked in a range of care roles, the first of which was as a Foster Carer, whilst also providing respite for children with additional needs.
I later went on to work in adult care, in a domiciliary care role and most recently as Senior Keyworker, supporting individuals with dementia to remain independent in their own homes.
Working with people with dementia is a real passion for me and I enjoy the challenge of helping individuals to access their community and providing cognitive stimulation through social interaction, reminiscense and life story work.
